- NSN 3110-00-136-2375, Bearing, Roller, Needle. Purchase Request Number IQC08308009064. A "Source Control Item." OEM Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Cage 97499, Drawing 206-010-189 Rev G. Approved source: Roller Bearing Co of America Cage 51588. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is a stocked item. A QCC Code of FCA applies. Requested delivery is 169 Days ARO. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 744 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 93 each (base year only). Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 18 December 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at www.dibbs.dla.mil as of the solicitation issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will NOT be available to requesters.
