- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis from Crossbow Technology, 4145 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95134-2109, seven (7) Crossbow NAV440CA-200-2 combination GPS Inertial Navigation Units (INU) for reasons of form, fit, and function. Delivery is required no later than four (4) weeks from the date of the order. Crossbow Technology is a small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511, $25 Million size standard. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. The synopsis number is N00178-10-Q-1432.
