- Amendment 2 - The following amendment is to address pricing table in the solicitation. It should be as follows: We need 160 hours of Nursing Assistant II, full time. We do not need any part time Nursing Assistant II level. For the Nurse Assistants we should have three lines: Escort/Msg (Nurse Assistant II) FT16050 weeks Escort/Msg (Nurse Assistant I) FT36050 Escort/Msg (Nurse Assistant I) PT45150 The total full and part time hours/week should match what I originally submitted. A Program Manager is staffed 40 hours/week and the 24/7 need is for dispatchers. Need for Program Manager is 40 hours/week. Nursing II Qualifications: Nursing Assistant II - The responsibilities should include Nursing I responsibilities and in addition: 1. Works with the supervisor to provide on-the job training for new employees; 2. Directs other escorts to hard to find locations in the hospital to escort/transport 3. Resource for clarifying isolation guidelines for other escorts; Identifies service and/or process problems on the patient care units-- refers to supervisor; Brings forward to supervisor recommendations for training opportunities for the team based on team feedback.
