- RECOVERY: Minneapolis Federal Courthouse "High Performance Green Building" RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) task order number GS-P-05-10-SE-0007 under Contract GS05P07SED0075 for Madison Services, Inc. The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option 1 - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 High Performance Green Building at the Minneapolis Federal Courthouse, in the amount of $2,132,553.00.
