- Description
- This project will provide an Army Reserve Center (ARC). Primary facilities include construction of an ARC Training Building, Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA), Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS), unheated storage building, privately owned vehicles (POV) parking, and organizational parking. Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, masonry veneer walls, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, mechanical systems, security systems, and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include paving, fencing, general site improvements, and extension of utilities to serve the project.
