- Description
- BSM PR 0022722680. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-483-9649, AMAD Parts Kit, IAW Triumph Gear Systems (CAGE 82402), p/n 42312-435. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Destination Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 195 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 28, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 27, 2010.
