- RECOVERYThis notice is for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the construction project under Contract No. 1443C5010070905 for "DRTO-16537B Preserve Fort Jefferson Phase II". The construction contract was awarded as a result of a full and open competitive acquisition in Fiscal Year 2007 and had a 970-calendar day period of performance. During performance a differing site condition was discovered that will be covered by a modification to the contract for performance by the contractor. This differing site condition is within the scope of the contract and is being awarded in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2). ARRA Funds will be used for the differing site condition modification.
