Interested sources should be capable of providing the U.S. Government with signal conditioning and measurement instrumentation products configured to meet end user necessities and requirements during efficient testing of R&D application components. Products include, but not limited to signal conditioning systems, filters, amplifiers, and connectors. Equipment must be programmable from within a LabView environment. Typical requirements that must be met: 6 Pole Bessel Filters: programmable cutoffs to 5Hz to 1Khz with steps of 5Hz. Programmable cutoffs 1K to 127.5Khz with steps of 500Hz; Channel to Channel phase match less than 0.5 Degree to the programmed cut off frequency for filter cutoff settings less than 20Khz. Channel to Channel phase match less than 1 Degree to the programmed cut off frequency for all filter cutoff settings greater than 20Khz;Signal conditioning cards for high frequency Piezoelectric or IEPE sensors: Programmable sensitivity 0.02mV/pC to 1.64V/pC with 0.05% settability; Sensitivity accuracy 0.2% at any gain setting; Amplifier bandwith (filter bypassed) 500 Khz (-3dB); Full scale input charge 500,000 pC; Prog time constant with Long TC mode > 5,000 sec.; Drift < 2pC/sec; Isolated input to allow grounding of sensor low input. >60dB rejection of 60 Hz sensor ground signal.Signal conditioning cards for strain gages: Bridge conditioning with bridge completion for 1, 2 or 4 arm bridge. Compatible with 2 to 10 wire transducer interface; Programmable bridge excitation to 20V; Shunt calibration with digitally scalable sensitivity from +/- 0.01mV/V to +/- 8mV/V; Programmable gain to 8,192 with 0.05% settability; Amplifier DC gain accuracy 0.1% at any gain setting; Amplifier bandwidth (filter bypassed) 250Khz (-3dB). Companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, information pertaining to experience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed, and any other specific and pertinent information as it pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned.
