- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Women's Empowerment Partnership, Inc. W9124A-09-G-0003 This procurment is desribed as follows: the conttractor shall provide materials, labor, and equipmrnt to complete the repairs and meter installation of the 3 million gallon water reservoir on Ft. Huachuca. These repairs include repairing leaks, access ladder and the roof. Contractor will also install a twelve-inch flow meter for the reservoir upstream of the check valve.
