- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of a maximum of 345 Rentable Square Feet within the City Limits of Evansville, Indiana The space should yield a minimum of 200 ANSI/BOMA Office Usable Square Feet. The offeror must be able to demonstrate that broadband internet service and telephone service is available within the proposed leased premises. The Government will require one (1) reserved parking space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: The City Limits of Evansville, Indiana. The proposed lease is for Five (5) years, three (3) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties must submit pertinent information by the close of business on December 18, 2009.
