- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Applicable NAICS code is 334419, 500 employee size standard. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure a quantity of (1) Memory Loader Verifier Set (MLVS), AN/USQ-131 B, Part Number 3359AS2000-2, NSN 7025-01-475-2041 on a sole source basis from Symetrics Industries, LLC. The MLVS is proprietary to Symetrics Industries and is the only device with the capability and functionality to meet the Government requirement. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Delivery is required no later than 30 days after date of Purchase Order. The order shall be a firm fixed price purchase order. Award shall be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR Part 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110.
