- Customs DHS CBP Realignment of current office space located at Room 216 James T. Foley Courthouse at 445 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207 per statement of work and drawings. The magnitude of this project is from $75,000 to $95,000. Payment Bond is required for this project. All interested contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR.gov) before requesting solicitation package. For a copy of the full solicitation package, please contact Colleen Carey or Matthew Murphy. A site visit is scheduled for December 8, 2009 at 10:00am at the Foley Courthouse. This is the only site visit scheduled for this project. Contact John Sargent, Assistant Property Manager at 518-431-0135 or 518-488-1325. Proposals are due by January 8, 2010 at 3:00pm. All proposals will be reviewed by best value and past performance. Questions and Answers from the site visit on 12/8/09 Question 1: Sprinklers Answer: No Sprinklers in current office space Question 2: Power Poles for Workstations Answer: 1 Power Pole Question 3: Channel Floor Outlets Answer: No Channel Floor outlets is needed Question 4: Construction Schedule and Time Answer: Construction will be performed during business hours, construction will be a phase type construction. Question 5: Air Supply Answer: No balance of the air supply is needed. Question 6: Carpet Answer Carpet Tiles to be installed. Question 7: Lightning Furnish and Install 2x2 Flurescent Parabolic T-8 U-Tubes Lights with Troffer Fixture.
