- Reference is made to the November 6th, 2009 announcement, reference number 200981037A, inviting submission of qualifications and proposal data for the Kazakhstan - Maritime Legal and Regulatory Technical Assistance Project. This is to inform interested U.S. companies that the submission date for the above listed project has been extended from December 11th, 2009, to December 28th, 2009. Any bidders who have already submitted a proposal may resubmit before the new deadline, or their already submitted proposal will be retained for review.
