- The Memphis District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has the requirement for a contractor is to furnish Charter Bus Transportation Services for the Defense Contract Audit institute. The solicitation includes a base year and four (4) option years. CLIN 0001 (Base Year) is for the period of January 1, 2010 thru December 31, 2010. CLIN 1001 Option Year One, is for the period of January 1 2011 through December 31, 2011. CLIN 1002 Option Year Two, is for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. CLIN 1003 Option Year Three, is for the period on January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. CLIN 1004 Option Year Four, is for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. The solicitation number is W912EQ-10-R-0007 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 485510 with a size of $7.0 millions. Potential vendors for this solicitation MUST BE APPROVED DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE BUS CARRIER. All responsible sources submitting a proposal shall be considered by the agency. Proposals may be submitted in hard copy either through regular mail, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit proposal on the complete requirement. Response to this synopsis/solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by December 18, 2009 no later than 4:00 PM CST at 167 North Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103.
