In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the order incorporated contract clauses required for projects using Recovery Act American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Forest Service awarded a fixed price task order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number AG-447U-C-09-0050 for replacing 5 deficient bridges on the Bienville National Forest in Mississippi.
