- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W911XK-09-D-0015, AECOM, Inc. This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). The purpose of this project is to determine the condition and compressive strength of the existing concrete piers 3, 11, and 14 at Little Chute Dam, Little Chute, Wisconsin. The purpose of the additional work is to determine the condition and compressive strength of the existing concrete gated sluiceway piers at four Lower Fox River, WI dams as follows: 1. Little Chute Dam, Little Chute, Wisconsin: Piers no. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 2. Cedars Dam, Wisconsin: Piers no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 3. Rapide Croche Dam, Wisconsin: Piers no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 4. DePere Dam, DePere, Wisconsin: Piers no. 7, 12, 19 The Contractor shall provide the necessary services, materials, labor and equipment to conduct an investigation of the subsurface conditions of the piers.
