- Description
- A firm-fixed priced services contract for total maintenance services at USAG Vicenza in and around Vicenza, Italy. Contractors shall provide all management services, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, facilities, transportation, and equipment required to perform, maintenance and repair of family and leased housing quarters. Specific tasks would include, but not be limited to: maintenance and repair of dwelling units, playgrounds, gates, and fences; interior painting; interior and exterior spot painting, and cleaning; landscaping and emergency roof system repair. The contractor shall perform related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work and submitting specified information. This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract to support the EUD District. The contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) option periods - the total term being five (5) years.
