Description

RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF KEMMERER FIELD OFFICE PAVING LOCATED IN CITY OF KEMMERER, COUNTY OF LINCOLN, WYOMING. HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. The Bureau of Land Management, (BLM), Department of the Interior, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the road shaping, culvert installation, base coarse installation and asphalt paving of the BLMs Kemmerer Wareyard located at 312 Highway 189 North, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated period of performance is 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The acquisition shall be set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be available approximately April 01, 2010 for download. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall register and download from FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net).
