Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Tom Wild Petrophysical Services LLC in Earlysville, VA for analytical services to be delivered to US Geological Survey in Reston, VA by 12/31/2010. Option Years: 01/01/2011 to 12/31/2011, 01/01/2012 to 12/31/2012, 01/01/2013 to 12/31/2013, 01/01/2014 to 12/31/2014 Tom Wild Petrophysical Services LLC is the only known source for this requirement because required items are not available in marketplace based on pilot test and the Government's needs could not be met from another vendeor without extensive modifications that would not be cost effienct to the Government. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
