Description: NSN 2910-01-508-3463– PUMP,FUEL METERING being bought in accordance with CUMMINS INC.. (0B8S3) P/N 396540500NX. Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 13.5 PROCEDURES. The required quantity is 134 each with an option qty of 134 each (which may or may not be exercised by the Government) to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination and inspection at DESTINATION is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/15/09. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, and Ability One (formerly JWOD). The required delivery is 60 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
