Flyer UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Islamorada, FL - 8FL2319B Revised The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 4,422 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 3,845 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Islamorada, FL, within the following Delineated Area: Mile Marker 85 to Mile Marker 106 The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Contiguous space on one floor is required and second floor or above is preferred; however, the Government will consider first floor space also. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1 in order to provide an efficient layout. Eleven (11) assigned reserved parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2011 or earlier, if possible. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
