Description
RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009”. Award has been made to CXT Incorporated using an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) AG-82X9-08-0010 under GSA Contract No. GS-07F-602N for Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilet Buildings for the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). CXT Incorporated offered the best value based on the quality offered, price reasonableness, past performance, and experience with installation. The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest intends to replace 42 toilet buildings that do not meet Forest Service condition standards. The toilet buildings being replaced represent high priorities with regards to public safety and health, environmental issues, and accommodations for people with disabilities. Project locations are within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Utah and Wyoming. The recreation areas that will be upgraded include: Lodge Campground, Tony Grove Campground, Haydon Fork Campground, Smithfield Campground, Christmas Meadows Campground, Shenoah Picnic Area, Pine Hollow Trailhead, Upper Provo Bridge Picnic Area, Ledgefork Campground, Little Lyman Campground, Sulpher Campground, Highline Trailhead, Payson Lake Campground, Jefferson Hunt Campground, Maple Lake Campground, Cherry Campground, Cemetary Point Picnic Area, Cemetary Point Beach, Bountiful Peak Campground, Beaverview Campground, and Anderson Cove Campground.
