- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 16,322 rentable square feet in the Independence, Missouri area specified below. The space should yield 14,193 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require approximately eighty-five (85) outside surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area of: North : 39th Street East : Little Blue Parkway South : Hwy 40 West : Lee Summit Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy on or about June 1, 2011. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Property name and address • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) • Location of space in the building and the date it will be available • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of the authorized contact • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Structural columns must be at least 20 feet apart center to center and 20 feet from any wall and no more than two foot square. Public transportation must be within two blocks of the offered space.
