- The United States Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a five-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to procure Motor Control Generators used on the 5kW through 10kW 50/60Hz and 400Hz Tactical Quiet Generator Sets, NSNs: 6110-01-394-4052 (Control Box Assembly), DWG No.88-20032 and NSN 6110-01-382-8413 (Control Box Assembly), DWG No.88-20034. First Article Testing requirements are included as a part of this acquisition. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Suppliers must provide complete testing/troubleshooting of devices in accordance with the generator set size these will serve. Generator sets for testing are not available from the Army. This effort is a 100% set aside for small business concerns only. The NAICS code is 335312 with the corresponding small business size standards of 1,000 employees. Items are to be shipped FOB Destination to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Inspection and acceptance of units will be at the contractors facility. The potential offeror must have the ability to abide by the following delivery schedule: After successful completion of First Article Testing, 10 each 210 days after contract award and 15 each month thereafter until completion of the order. Drawings and/or links to drawings will be provided on the website.
