This is not a request for quote (RFQ), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. Hill AFB has a requirement for an Education Liaison between Hill AFB and the local K-12 schools. The liaison's job will include duties not limited to coordinating money, programs, and reports. This requirement is for a base of one-year and 4 one-year options. A draft performance work statement is attached.
