Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order to provide Telecommunication Technician Services at the Rapid City PHS, IHS Hospital, Rapid City, South Dakota. Service Coverage to include 599 hours of support services on a as-needed basis. This will be an option year purchase order with the base year period of performance from Date of Award through September 30, 2010; each of the two (2) option years will run concurrent with the fiscal years (October 1 - September 30). The contractor shall perform according to the statement of work. Requests for the RFQ package, RFQ-10-085 shall be in writing either by email or fax, please provide the postal mailing address to mail the RFQ package to. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be December 30, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is January 14, 2010. This is a small Business set-aside request.
