- Description: REQUIREMNT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency Elbert County Service Center in Elberton, Georgia, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 3410 usable square feet of Class A office space together with 22 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an areas bound on the North: bounded by City Limits at Highway 77 & Poplar Street; South: bounded by City Limits at Highway 77 & Mineral Springs Road, East bounded by: City Limits at Highway 17 & Middleton Road; West: bounded by City Limits at Highways 17/72 & Mercer Drive. TERM: The term of the lease will be Seven (7) years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2010. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. If build to suit site location. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4.
