- Delineated Area Map UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is seeking to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 7,500 rentable square feet in South San Francisco, CA within the following delineated area: West at South Airport Blvd and Utah Ave to Littlefield Ave to East Grand Ave to Gateway Blvd North at Gateway Blvd and East Grand to Sister Cities Blvd (Oyster Point Blvd) to Hillside Blvd East at South Spruce St and Hillsdale Blvd to El Camino Real (Hwy 82) to San Bruno Ave South at San Bruno Ave and El Camino Real (HWY 82) to South Airport Ave to close the delineated area The space must yield a minimum of 6,500 ANSI/BOMA ("Usable") square feet to a maximum of 7,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous space. The anticipated term is 10 years, 5 years firm as a fully serviced lease. The estimated occupancy date is 9/24/2010. Minor build out will be required prior to occupancy, including adding fencing with razor wire and locks to separate the agencies. Contiguous space located on one floor is preferred. Offered space must be located on the ground floor and have access to a loading dock and roll up door to offload delivery trucks, however, a loading dock not required if space is easily accessible for off loading trucks up to 20' long. On-site parking should be available for use. Windows in the space are not permitted Ceilings must be a minimum of 15 feet above the finished floor At least two duplex or one fourplex electrical outlet is required All walls separate proposed Government space from other tenants shall be slab to slab (structural floor to structural ceiling) Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA-PBS, State, Local, and accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard [ABBAS] compliant, seismic protection, fire safety codes, and not located in a flood plain. " All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum: Building name/address Location of space in the building and the date it will be available Drawing of space offered Rentable square feet offered and common area factor used to determine the RSF Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of authorized contact
