- DESCRIPTION: PR# 0021358358, 5961-01-439-0241. Approved source(s): SAC-TEC LABS, INC. (0TH60) P/N 4SL004-2; RAYTHEON COMPANY (82577) P/N H980122-002B. The requirement is for a total of 35 each; 35 each to be delivered to TRACY, CA 95304-5000 within 160 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of December 28, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawing /specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis date. Various increments solicited: from 10 Each to 24 Each; 25 Each to 49 Each; 50 Each to 99 Each; 100 Each to 199 Each; 200 Each to 299 Each. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5961. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: SAC-TEC LABS, INC. (0TH60) P/N 4SL004-2; RAYTHEON COMPANY (82577) P/N H980122-002B; while price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
