Description

The General Services of Administration is seeking new space for approximately 23,250 rentable square feet which equates to 20,215 usable square feet of office space, storage area, breakroom area, computer room, conference rooms, hearing rooms, with 11 reserved parking spaces for Government vehicles. The space must be in the Central Business District (CBD) of Hoover which is bounded by North on I-65, South on I-65, West on Lakeshore Pkwy, and East on I-459. New lease facility must meet a LEED Silver Rating. An existing lease location must optimize the energy efficiency standards and meet the guiding principles of E013423. the government must have access to parking spaces 7days a week/24 hours. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before October 1, 2011.
