- THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. Water and Compact Aggregate Surfacing Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract established by the US Forest Service. Multiple awards of IDIQ contracts were made under a single competitive solicitation for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources. The project is for the water and compact of aggregate surfacing. The project location is the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. IDIQ contract holders were evaluated. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the IDIQ contractor, which provided the best value to the Government based on technical proposal, past performance, and price.
