Description
The following are government responses to questions concerning the G/ATOR RFI # M6785410RFIG1: Question 1: "I was wondering who was currently doing Increment I of the G/ATOR program? Could you provide the contractor's name and contract number?" Answer 1: Increment I is presently under contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. The contract number is M67854-07-C-2072. Question 2: "The subject Solicitation paragraph 3.3 Schedule Assessment cites " It is requested that interested businesses submit a risk assessment of the probability of meeting the key notional event dates with fully integrated, operationally effective Increments II, III, and IV capabilities in accordance with the attachments II, III, and IV." We kindly request that the key notional event dates are provided to us so that we can accurately respond to the requirements of the Sources Sought notice." Answer 2: For clarification, the subject document is not a solicitation. The Request for Information is a Sources Sought Synopsis only. Key notional events are provided by increment, by event with start and complete times (month/FY) where appropriate. Increment II: Contractor Performance Qualification Testing - 2/14 -8/14Increment II: Government Developmental/Operational Testing - 9/14 -3/15Increment II: Government Follow-on Test and Evaluation - 5/15Increment III (IFF Mode 5/S only): Contractor Performance Qual - 8/15 -12/15Increment IV: Contractor Performance Qualification Testing - 8/15 -12/15IV: Government Developmental/Operational Testing - 1/16 -6/16IV: Government Follow-On Test and Evaluation - 7/16 Question 3: "I was hoping to find out if this is a new requirement or if there is an incumbent. If there is an incumbent on this acquisition, would you please provide me with the following information:"Award Date:Contract #:Contractor Name:Contract Expiration Date:Award Value:Current Overall Estimate:Also, is there an anticipated timeframe for an RFP release? Answer 3: This is a continuation of the Increment I G/ATOR Contract to provide Increments II, III, and IV materiel solutions. Increment I was awarded 30 March 2007. The contract number is M67854-07-C-2072. Increment I is presently under contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. The contract expires on 15 Sept. 2011. The contract award value was $255,907,117. The current overall estimate is $416,566,572. As of now, there is no anticipated timeframe for release of an RFP.
