Description

Solicitation N00421-10-T-0043 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Barco Federal Systems, Duluth GA (MANUFACTURER MUST BE BARCO FEDERAL SYSTEMS) for the following part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Clin 0001, 5 each, P/N 91758633 VME Backplane Assembly Clin 0002, 10 each, P/N 40166471 SCSI-bus Ribbon Cable Clin 0003, 1 each, Shipping to St. Inigoes MD 20684 The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications. A determination by the Government not to open the requirements to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, all proposals received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
