Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to issue a contract for removal of six existing Bryant Blower Type heating Ceiling Mounted Furnaces, exhaust pipe through roof and purchase and installation of six (6) new Carrier Mfg. Furnaces or similar furnaces, vent piping, startup, training and warranty, for the BIA Storage Warehouse, Building No. 322, in Gamerco, New Mexico (approximately 3 miles North of Gallup, NM). A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00100018 is issued as a Request for Quotation RFQ and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 238220, Small Business Size Standard: $14 Million. The Statement of Work is included as an attachment to this solicitation. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government.
