- This Procurement shall be conducted under FSC CODE: S205, SIC CODE: 4212, NAICS Code: 562111. The size standard is Unrestricted. All questions shall be directed to Lelani Banks, lelani.u.banks@usace.army.mil, at (916) 557-6902. TYPE OF AWARD : This acquisition shall be an Unrestricted Request for Quotation. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, personnel, transportation, permits and supervision necessary to perform Waste Collection Services for Englebright Lake, Nevada County, Smartville, CA. All quantities are estimated. Prospective contractors are strongly urged to visit the site, To set up a site visit contact the Lake at (530) 432-6427 (Doug Grothe) to become familiar with the location and the work involved. The period of performance is for a Base Year and Four Option Years. All Quotations are due not later than 11 January 2010 @ 3:00 PM PST. The acquisition method is Request for Quotation. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Award shall be made to the responsible contractor whose quotation offers the lowest price to the Government. VENDORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION : The solicitation shall be available on or about 18 December 2009. The Request for Quotation shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition shall be posted on a secure Government web site known as https://www.fbo.gov/. Viewing/downloading documents from fbo.gov shall require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration ( www.ccr.gov ). In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
