Description
RECOVERY- RE-ARCHITECTURE OF THE SURFACE OPERATIONS DATA ANALYSIS ANDADAPTATION(SODAA)TOOL TO SUPPORT DATA WAREHOUSING. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FORINFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS SBIR PHASE III OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO MOSAICATM AS A CONTINUATION OF PREVIOUS WORK DONE UNDER SBIR PHASE I & II CONTRACTS IN ORDER TOEXPAND THE CAPABILITIES AND ROBUSTNESS OF CURRENT TOOLS THAT USE AIR TRAFFIC DATA. NASA/ARC intends to issue an Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III contractto Mosaic ATM; titled: Re-architecture of the surface operations data analysis andadaptation tool to support data warehousing. The purpose of this SBIR Phase III is toupgrade the existing architecture of one tool (SODAA) so that is can provide standardizedair traffic data to researchers and other air traffic management tools and is funded bythe Recovery Act. The original SBIR for the development of re-architecture of the surface operations dataanalysis and adaptation (SODAA) tool to support data warehousing was awarded on acompetitive basis under SBIR Phase I & II Contracts; NNA05BE90C & NNA06BA02C in FY'05 andFY'06 respectively. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement will not result in a request for proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only.
