- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Easky Construction LLC, W912BV-09-C-1006 It is Tulsa District's intent to award priced Options not awarded under basic contract, utilizing ARRA funds. Basic contract was not funded by ARRA. The Optional work includes campsite repairs, repair of shoreline erosion and boat ramp parking, and upgrade of electrical systems in various public use areas, Texoma Lake, OK.
