- The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for the repair and preventive maintenance on the various HVAC equipment located throughout Ford's Theatre National Historic Site, Washington, D.C. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years. The estimated magnitude is between $65,000 to $85,000 a year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size of $14 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is open to all size businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. This means 10% will be added to large business prices for evaluation purposes if an offer from a HUBZone Small Business Concern is provided. The solicitation with the statement of work for this procurement will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about 12/29/09. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
