- THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF COMPLETE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS JANUARY 4, 2010. Work includes removal of asphalt and excavation of subgrade to depths shown on plans, layout and placement of geogrid and welded wire forms for B, C, and D subgrade repairs, furnishing and placing aggregate, removal of aggregate leveling course, and asphalt placement and crack sealing; some of the crack sealing will have a backer. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. The project is located on the Middle Fork District of the Willamette National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers are due by close of business on February 3, 2010. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 271 calendar days. Estimated start work date is May 1, 2010. This contract is NOT set-aside for small business pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act.
