- Description
- The work to be performed provides for a design and construction of a new Child Development Center (CDC). The new free-standing 21,194 square foot CDC will be sited in the North Severn Housing Area, Naval Support Activity, Annapolis, Maryland. The required occupancy shall be a minimum of 162 children and correlating support staff. The new facility shall be UFC, NFPA, and IBC complaint, economical to maintain and operate, durable, and shall fit its use and its surroundings.
