- Description
- The Indian Health Service Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE) requires a contractor to provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing data systems. Services will be delivered through an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Task Order type contract on a labor hour basis. The OEHE maintains a variety of data systems used to conduct routine operations and manage the program work of five Divisions. The five Divisions are: •Division of Environmental Health Services (DEHS) •Division of Sanitation Facilities Construction (DSFC) •Division of Facilities Operations (DFO) •Division of Facilities Planning and Construction (DFPC) •Division of Engineering Services (DES) Technical assistance, evaluation and programming may be required for OEHE data systems when conflicts between existing Divisional data systems arise during the work on the divisional data systems. The contractor shall have experience in information systems development and maintenance generally, including geographical systems. Evaluation of offers will also consider experience in the development and maintenance of web services generally, Cold Fusion, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Fusebox architectural model, and SQL Server via an ODBC connection architecture. Proposals will also be evaluated for experience in the development and maintenance of ESRI ArcInfo GIS systems, RoboHelp online web support, and other software products and services that demonstrate understanding of the work to be completed. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued around January 8, 2010, and close on February 9, 2010. The solicitation will be posted at this web site, www.FBO.gov under solicitation number 10-102-SOL-00005. The solicitation will not be mailed.
