- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63134, for the procurement of the following F/A-18 parts for use in a simulator: one (1) Digital Memory Device [Part Number ON699138-1]; one (1) Multipurpose Color Display [Part Number MB560C-02]; two (2) Up Front Control Displays [Part Number MB561C-02]; and one (1) Engine Fuel Display [Part Number 210001-30]. All parts are to be delivered not later than 30 April 2011 to Naval Air Systems Command, Manned Flight Simulator, B2035, Unit 5, 48183 Switzer Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670. MDC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
