- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a full and open competitive requirement to replace the USAF's Deployable TACAN systems.Any attachments to this notice are in draft format and will be finalized at the time of the release of the official RequestFor Proposal. Contemplating a 3 year Firm Fixed Price, Requirements contract with First Article test requirement prior to moving into production. The First Article Test and Evaluation Plan, CDRLs and The Performance Plan will be released with the official RFP. Evaluation of proposals will utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection method. All inquiries into this requirement shall be solely to the PCO identified herein.
