- 0023295690 1560-01-252-3532 Solicitation Number, SPM4A710R0440, 0023295690, NSN: 1560-01-252-3532 Tank, Fuel, Aircraft. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 69 each. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation December 17, 2009. This is a part numbered item P/N 47302-3 American Fuel Cell and Coated (Cage: 05476) and Engineered Fabrics Corporation (Cage: 56221). The solicitation does not contain progress payments. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. The required delivery is 135 days ARO. An IQC strategy is not appropriate at this time the demand does not show need for an IQC. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. ABVS is included. Please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the DIBBS website at http://dibbs/bsm/dla.mil/. You must submit your quote on the hard copy solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select “Search RFQ’s”. Then choose the RFQ you wish to download. RFQ’s are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is December 31, 2009. The closing date is February 1, 2010.
