Description

RECOVERY Architect-Engineer (A/E) Design Services. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available to the two Contractors awarded IDIQ contracts competitively under Solicitation Number: N8078070172 (Contract Numbers: C9078070273 - Engineering Solutions Inc and C8078070172 - Richard P Arber Associates). The selected A/E design firm, under fair opportunity, shall complete preliminary engineering services for the hazardous materials survey and structural analysis for the demolition of several buildings at Point Reyes National Seashore (PORE), California. The prelliminary engineering services shall be used as a basis for the PORE Project Manager (PM) to prepare construction documents for a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for demollition of the buildings.
