- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING: REMOVE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB, REMOVE EXISTING FURNACE, EXCAVATE BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB AND REFILL WITH WASHED ROCK, INSTALL A NEW ENERGY STAR NATURAL GAS FURNACE AND DUCTWORK, REPOUR THE CONCRETE SLAB AS AN ADA RAMP AND ENTRANCEWAY., LOCATED IN MONTEZUMA COUNTY, COLORADO.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the construction of AHC Intern House Furnace and Accessibility, located in Montezuma County, Colorado. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a standard size of $14.0M.The cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performance is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised as a HubZone set aside.
