- Notice of Intent to Solicit UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space SAVANNAH, GA The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 15,492 rentable square feet in SAVANNAH, GA within the following delineated area: North: W Bay Street/ E Bay Street South: E. D. Renne Ave East: Harry S. Truman Pkwy West: WM Lynes Pkwy. The space should yield about 13,471 ANSI/BOMA total usable Sq. Ft. The proposed lease is for 5 years firm, 10 years lease and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 7, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in addition to suitable Class A office space.
