- USDA RFQ No. AG-3142-S-10-0019, Attachment A- EMC Hardware Maintenance USDA Request for Quote No. AG-3142-S-10-0019, Maintanence of EMC Hardware This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation notification will not be issued. This Request for Quote is being issued under Solicitation number AG-3142-S-10-0019. Solicitation responses are limited to small businesses only, under NAICS code 334112. This requirement is for the procurement of EMC Hardware Maintenance for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Information Technology Center (NITC). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
