- Single Source Determination This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base intends to award to a single source. The Government intends to award to Aero Turbine, Inc for 60 each actuator kits; part number AR1281; stock number 2995-00-928-7627. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System code 336412 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Attached is a copy of the Contracting Officers determination for soliciting from a single source.
