- The Work of this project includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision and performing all operations required to complete the removal and replacement of 600 square feet of bituminous (tar and gravel) roofing at Frederick Law Olmsted national Historic Site, Brookline, MA This Request for Quotations will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about January 8, 2010. NOTE: Work on this project will not commence until Spring, 2010, at a time and date to be determined by the Contracting Officer. The NAICS code being used for the construction project is 238160 with a size standard of $14.0 million. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204, the estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All quotes must be submitted on or about February 8, 2010. This acquisition will be a written Request for Quotes using Simplified Acquisition (FAR part 13) procedures. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Instructions are contained on the website ( http://ideasec.nbc.gov and at http://www.fedbizopps.gov) for downloading the solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all bidders to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. All vendors interested in doing business with the government are required to pre-register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The CCR is a self-service database. Vendors register themselves and maintain their own information through the CCR web site. This procurement is open to large and small business and is subject to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
